Hello!

Thank you for visiting my website. A lot of people have said there is a book within all of us. Well, as a nurse and nurse educator with over two decades of experience, I have finally discovered mine and decided to share my journey with the world.

My years in healthcare and my personal life have given me countless stories, and I love weaving real-life experiences into my writing. My first book, "Missing Ella", was born from a personal experience of abuse, and I wrote it to show not just the harmful consequences of coercive family dynamics, but also the power of survival. My second book, "Where No Shadows Fall", explores the main character Jung's idea that we all have a "shadow side", and that freedom comes from learning to release it.

Becoming an independent author has been quite an adventure, from learning about editing and cover design to building this website. I've been incredibly fortunate to have wonderful creative supporters helping me along the way.

You can find me writing from my cottage in the Worcestershire village, where I live with my two warring cats, Willow and Charlie (who believe they are in charge, of course!)
